• Board of Directors

    The Ralston Area Chamber of Commerce is governed by volunteer members nominated and elected to form a Board of Directors.  Each member serves a three year term, no more than two consecutive terms.
       
    Defined roles and responsibilities for Board members include a leadership Executive Committee, including Chairperson, Past Chairperson, 1st Vice Chairperson, 2nd Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.  Additional at-large, voting Board Members are included to participate in standing committees and serve members.  Volunteer members can also join as a non-voting, Advisory Board Member, which allows them to participate and learn more about the operations of the Chamber, with anticipation of becoming a full Board Member.  Finally, we recognize and include Honorary Board Members who have previously served as chamber and community leaders.
