Luncheon Topic: Building a Skilled Workforce
  
Keith Station – Director of Business Relations
Keith Station currently serves as Director of Business Relations at Heartland Workforce Solutions(HWS). His primary focus is to lead the strategic business engagement efforts for the local workforce investment board that serves Douglas, Sarpy, and Washington Counties. He also helps to lead the development and execution of local Work Ready Communities Initiative, in partnership with ACT, for Douglas County, and the Greater Omaha area. Prior to joining HWS, he was an Executive Director within YMCA of Greater Omaha Association. Previously, he was Assistant Director for the Omaha Sports Commission and has experience engaging business through economic development and destination marketing with the Irving Texas Convention and Visitors Bureau, Central Florida Sports Commission and NBA Indiana Pacers.
 
Krystal Rider – Business Service Coordinator
Krystal Rider offers leadership for the “Career Readiness to Eliminate Disparities” (CRED) strategic initiative plan. She engages community leaders and agencies already working in the high-poverty / unemployment-stricken zip codes. Prior to joining the CRED initiative, Krystal serves as Project Manager for the Heartland Work Ready Communities initiative, lending her a strong background in matching individuals earning National Career Readiness Certificates (NCRCs) with the demand for the NCRCs from employers who either recognize or recommend the credential. Krystal was the guiding force in developing and executing the Career Exploration and Networking (CENTS) Tour.
