Lance Larsen, a professional auctioneer from Cordova, NE, is Volunteering his time to auction the quilts. Depending on the number of quilts donated, a selected group will be sold through silent auction. Bidding will open at the silent auction at 9:00 am and close at 1:30 p.m. with winning bids for the day released at approximately 3:00 p.m. The Quilts will have numbered cards attached indicating the order in which they will be auctioned. This way, bidders can approximate when their favorite quilts will be up for auction. The cards also include information about the quilt donor an the size, type and design of the quilt. SERVICE DOGS ONLY PLEASE. Barbecue Lunch You won't want to miss the barbecue lunch with dessert and beverage! It will be served from 11:30am until 1:00pm. The cost is $7 for Adults and $4 for Children ( ages 4-12) and FREE for children ages 3 and under. ( Vegetarian option available upon request) Absentee Bidding You are welcome to bid on your favorite quilts even if you are unable to join us in person.
