Tunes in Town Square kicks off with the Bike Rodeo from 5 to 7 p.m.
It will include free safety checks for children’s bikes as well as an obstacle course. The free event will involve more than 200 prize giveaways, including 50 free bicycles from the Community Bike Project Omaha.
Pre-registration is encouraged and can be done at the chamber office at 5505 Miller Ave., through the chamber’s Facebook page or at Baright Public Library, 5555 S. 77th St. Registration can also be done on the day of the event.
Pam & the Pearls will take to the Independence Square Gazebo stage between 6 and 8 p.m. for Tunes in Town Square.
May 24th will be the first of four Tunes in Town Square events this summer, with shows also planned for June 21, July 20 and Aug. 14.
