The Ralston Area Chamber proudly serves the community of Ralston and the surrounding areas as the primary business resource.
The Chamber is a membership organization comprised of local business owners and executives who believe strongly in the free enterprise system.
The Chamber provides a host of programs and services designed to help businesses of all sizes grow and prosper.
In the spring of 2018, the Ralston Area Chamber of Commerce (RACC) Board of Directors and Staff completed a strategic planning process to cast a vision for a new direction for the chamber into the future. With the help of an external strategic planning consultant from Clairrant Partners, input and feedback was gathered from the Board, Staff, existing and former Chamber members, and other Ralston community partners on what is the future direction and expectations of the RACC.
Based upon the input and feedback shared by nearly 50 contributors, the Board and Staff completed a day-long planning work session to define the RACC Mission, Vision and Values that will provide direction for the RACC over the next 3 years. A Strategic Planning Task force of the Board then further refined the Mission, Vision and Values and identified the Strategic Focus Areas that the RACC will address over the next 3 years.
Finally, the Board and Staff as a whole then reviewed the final strategic plan and adopted it unanimously in June 2018.
More details of the strategic plan will be shared and communicated to RACC membership over he coming several months.
